If you progress beyond the initial interview, you’ll be invited to attend a second interview where we assess your technical capabilities.
The third and final interview in our process is a cultural interview. We believe that ensuring a mutual fit is key to long-term success—for both you and Silentium Defense. The final step in the process is to conduct reference and background checks.
